Senior DM Planning Officer
West Midlands
£40-£45 per hour (Umbrella)
Initial 3-Month Contract

My client is looking to source an experienced Planning Officer to support their Development Management department, with a caseload including minor planning applications.
The successful candidate will have strong experience dealing with minor planning applications and be confident managing their own caseload.
You will ideally be required to attend the office once a week on a Wednesday, alongside carrying out site visits where appropriate. However, site visits are relatively limited, with good use made of Google Street View and Google Earth. For the right candidate, the client would consider relaxing the office attendance requirement, with attendance potentially being accommodated via Teams.
The role is offered on an initial 3-month contract, paying £40-£45 per hour Umbrella.
