Expleo is seeking a Senior Design Researcher to join an innovative team.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned researcher to lead insight-driven projects, shape product experiences, and influence strategic design decisions across multiple vehicle programmes.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering research, selecting the most effective methodologies, and transforming findings into actionable customer insights that inform design and business decisions.
Key Experience
Proven Design Research and/or UX Research experience
Strong background conducting both digital and in-person research
Expertise in research planning and methodology selection
Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights
Experience collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional stakeholders
Confident presenting research outcomes, recommendations, and challenging assumptions when appropriate
Automotive experience beneficial, but not essentialSkills required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent commercial experience
Automotive, mobility, transportation or consumer technology experience.
Experience with Dovetail and dscout
