Developer / Contractor The Opportunity
Are you a Senior Design Manager who likes meeting people? A Senior Design Manager who considers themselves as a good communicator and likes to be client facing?
If so then this role is for you!
This Senior Design Manager role is working for a developer / contractor who goes under the radar in the Manchester centre, regularly developing £50M+ builds in the city. They currently have another large development starting and require a Senior Design Manager to join the team and other see the design function.
This initial plan is to come in the preconstruction phrase to work with the client to help select the materials and products that they are installation across the residential units to produce a quality build whilst maximising profits. You will be leading the relationship on the main project through to delivery. You may also get involved in further projects.
As a Senior Design Manager leading this relationship with success will make difference to both your employer and the region as a whole, truly being part of something good for the city, opening doors to further builds.
