The Role:

Supervise the creation of AutoCAD designs, aiding the Development team with planning submissions.
Embed sustainable design principles in solar and battery projects, focusing on environmental impact, biodiversity, and community integration.
Engage with consultants and suppliers to enhance product integration and design quality.
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, securing necessary approvals for solar farms and engineering projects.
Offer creative and technical guidance to junior team members, setting timelines and milestones in collaboration with project managers.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating these insights into design strategies.
