Job Role
Manage the Debtors Team responsible for the collection, recovery and enforcement of Sundry Debts and Housing Benefit Overpayments
To provide technical advice based on a comprehensive knowledge of Housing Benefit Overpayment and Sundry Debt collection and enforcement regulations
Undertake debt monitoring activities, ensuring appropriate recovery activities are undertaken
Responsible for the investigation and resolution of complaints
Responsible for the management of serious arrears cases
