Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire (Hybrid – 1 to 2 days per week in the office)
Pay: £22.85 per hour PAYE (£30.67 Umbrella)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary (initial 12-week assignment) - May go permanent
DBS: Basic DBS required

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to support our clients Adult Social Care Transformation Programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Council's Insight Team, delivering high-quality reporting, analytics, forecasting, predictive modelling and business intelligence to support service transformation, performance improvement and strategic decision-making across Adult Services.

### Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver interactive reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions.

Analyse complex datasets to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

Support Adult Social Care transformation programmes, including front-door transformation initiatives.

Produce forecasting, predictive analytics and demand modelling to support service planning.

Automate reporting processes and statutory returns where possible.

Support preparations for CQC inspections and peer reviews.

Promote self-service reporting and improve accessibility of management information.

Monitor and improve data quality, governance and reporting standards.

Work closely with managers, senior leaders and partner organisations to support evidence-based decision making.
### About You

You will have:

Strong experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence.
Experience developing dashboards and interactive reporting solutions.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information.
Experience with forecasting, data modelling and performance reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working with large datasets and improving data quality.
Knowledge of Adult Social Care, local government or public sector reporting would be advantageous.

This hybrid role offers predominantly home-based working, with occasional attendance at the Shrewsbury office. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst looking to contribute to a major transformation programme within Adult Social Care
