Senior Customer Service Representative
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: £28-29,000
Monday - Friday 09:30-17:30 OR 09:00-17:00.
1 in 4 Saturdays, 10:00-16:00 overtime paid or day off!

The Role:
Engage with customers through phone, email, and in the exclusive showroom.
Provide knowledgeable information on products and pricing to assist customers effectively.
Secure orders, manage payments, and strive to exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate with various teams across the organisation to meet customer needs.
Assist with data entry, refunds, and returns as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate:
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable taking incoming calls and engaging with customers.
Genuine Enthusiasm: Excited about being part of a growing organisation and contributing to its journey.
