Job Description
As Customer Success Manager, your main responsibilities are:
Ensuring the customer is happy with the outcome of digital products
Gathering relevant feedback and creating remediation plans, where necessary
Tracking benefits on different tools, once live
Qualifications / Skills required
Extensive customer experience/change management
Experience in Business Adoption and rolling out change
Able to show value of scope and delivery
Working with stakeholders
Project Management skills
