Salter Grange is currently seeking a Senior CSA Engineer to provide support to an award-winning principal contractor who focuses on delivering complex industrial projects in Europe.
The ideal Senior CSA Engineer will have boast experience working as a Senior Engineer on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

Senior CSA Engineer Responsibilities:
* The Civil Engineer is deemed to be the project owner for the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope of work in coordination with the Project Manager.
* Deal with the client in coordination with the Project Manager on all CSA aspects of the project.
* Ensure all documentation and approvals are in place to permit the project commencement on his part.
* Develop the site-specific QEHS plan with the Safety and QA/QC managers to ensure all staff and trades are aware of the plan and the project goals.
* Develop with the discipline leads and the project planner a constructible and detailed schedule for CSA.
* Manage the integration of the project team across all disciplines and ensure there is a coordinated team approach towards the project goals.
* Ensure timely issue of all project reports and meeting minutes.
* Monitor the performance of all CSA staff.
* Develop and implement company procedures with the CSA package managers
Senior CSA Engineer Requirements:
* An engineering qualification and 5-10 years of relevant work experience
* Good Computer skills in word, excel etc.
* Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
* Excellent communication skills.
