We are currently looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join our thriving team who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of our automated, candidate-facing marketing campaigns which are delivered through our ESP platform, Iterable. 

This is an exciting role that involves delivering the best user experience and through this growing, retaining, and managing our job seeker audiences.  

About you

You are an experienced CRM Executive, familiar with a fast-paced, agile working environment. You will have strong functional skills coupled with a creative eye and be highly effective at delivering campaign briefs, problem solving and dissecting data. You are curious about campaign results, able to quickly measure performance and identify the next opportunity.  

Responsibilities 

Build and operate all CRM automations successfully and effectively, independently handling the day-to-day management of Iterable. 
Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and improved performance across email, push and other cross-channel communications. 
Conduct all campaign optimisation, driving an ‘always on' test and learn approach to improve user retention and engagement rates and drive long term user loyalty. 
Produce performance reports, measuring against KPIs and forecasts, sourcing the relevant data and translating it into actionable insight.  
Compile campaign copy and manage the visual execution of campaigns. 
Apply operational best practice across all channels, ensuring best-in-class campaigns are delivered whilst being aware of competitor activity and technology developments. 
Manage all campaign testing and tracking. 
Support the CRM Manager on larger scale projects, such as introduction of new channel touchpoints and transformation of user journeys.  
Work closely with the MarTech Product Team to ensure we adopt smart & effective management of the Iterable platform. Requirements

Required Skills 

Solid experience in a CRM role in a B2C/DTC market. 
Strong knowledge & understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
Highly analytical and able to independently source and translate data. 
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
Effective problem-solving skills. 
Operates in a well organised manner with minimum supervision. 
Excellent communication skills.Desired Skills 

Experience in operating additional channels outside of email (e.g. push, SMS, WhatApp) 
Experience in using tools such as Atlassian and Tableau. 
Ability to confidently handle data feed logic and JSON data.
Experience in understanding and modifying HTML code.Benefits
