Key responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the credit control team.
Ensure timely and effective collection of all debts and payments.
Negotiate repayment plans.
Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO.
Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team.
Reviewing and improving credit control processes when necessary.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.Profile
