Senior Credit Controller - Nottingham - Full-time Permanent - £28,000 - £32,000 - Hybrid Working
We are collaborating with a national business to recruit a Senior Credit Controller for their Nottingham City Centre office on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the credit control team as a Senior Credit Controller. While the position does not involve direct line management, you will mentor and train junior colleagues and assist in delegating the department's workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare month-end debt reports
Act as a senior point of contact for internal and external queries, investigating and resolving them
Address aged debt issues, working closely with the team and independently
Support and guide junior staff members through training
Assist the Credit Control Manager in distributing the workload
Manage a pool of clients to effectively chase debt and collect payments
About You: If you have experience in credit control and are skilled in training and mentoring within a credit control team, we want to hear from you. While direct line management experience is not required, experience with delegation and workflow management would be advantageous.
