Senior Credit Controller

A leading global business is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded professional to take ownership of a high-value international ledger with responsibility for driving cash collection, reducing aged debt, and mitigating credit risk across multiple regions.

Your new role

Manage and collect outstanding debt across a global customer portfolio.
Reduce aged debt and improve cash flow.
Resolve invoice queries and account disputes efficiently.
Monitor customer creditworthiness and minimise credit risk exposure.
Produce aged debt reports and collection forecasts.
Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
Support process improvements and best practice within the credit function.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a Senior Credit Controller role.
Strong collections, reconciliation, and credit risk management experience.
Experience managing large, high-value ledgers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
Experience working in a multinational or global environment is essential.
