They are looking for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team and ensure the flawless execution of projects from inception to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Designers to prepare production-ready artwork files
* Mentor junior team members to optimize the production handoff process
* Innovate solutions to overcome production challenges
* Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to uphold quality standards
* Generate comprehensive documentation to convey design intentions accurately
* Facilitate timely approval of artwork samples for production release
* Manage the organization and delivery of artwork files and supporting documents
* Prepare site elevations and essential documents for design implementation
* Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and efficiency in your work
* Present confidently to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Background in environmental branding, architecture, signage, or related fields
* Strong critical thinking skills
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
* Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
* Portfolio showcasing detail and layout packs preparation
* Familiarity with wayfinding systems and associated documentation
