This role leads the delivery of a corporate partnerships strategy, combining new business development with the management and growth of high-value, multi-year corporate relationships. It is responsible for driving income targets, managing a small team, and developing partnership opportunities that support the organisation's fundraising objectives.

Description

Lead the delivery and continuous development of the organisation's corporate partnerships strategy.
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate partnerships to maximise income and engagement.
Identify, cultivate and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
Line manage and support two team members, driving performance, development and collaboration.
Develop tailored partnership plans, stewardship activities and reporting for key partners.
Monitor income, expenditure and KPIs, providing regular performance analysis and budget oversight.
Lead partnership negotiations, agreements and risk management to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate across teams and represent the organisation at meetings, presentations and fundraising events.

Profile

Proven experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or a related business development role.
A strong track record of securing, managing, and growing high-value stakeholder relationships.
Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
Strong project and budget management experience, with a focus on achieving KPIs and income targets.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of fundraising, partnership development, and supporter engagement best practices.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with strong organisational and analytical skills.Job Offer

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in London.
Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office
