Senior Construction Planner | Renewable Energy, Energy Transition
Long-term Freelance Assignment | Office Based
ENG Bauen has been given the task of securing a highly experienced Construction Planner for a key long-term contract role. This position will be in support of a major CAPEX Project which will significantly contribute to the UK’s goals of achieving Net Zero by 2050.
Our client is a well-recognised international owner-operator, committed to significant capital investment in ambitious and innovative projects across UK and the wider European region.
On offer is a client-side position for a Senior Planner with extensive expertise in project engineering and construction planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, forecasting, budgeting, EPCM, and commissioning, and possess the skills necessary to oversee a project from FEED through to execution.The successful candidate will utilise project planning and control tools and practices to maintain and support the project schedule effectively.
The Role:
* Apply advanced project planning and control tools to support project schedules.
* Oversee change management, forecasting, budgeting, EPCM, and commissioning activities.
* Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support project goals.
* Ensure projects align with the client’s commitment to social responsibility and carbon-neutral initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate will have/be:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Planner in a client-side role.
* Extensive background in project engineering and construction planning.
* Expertise in change management, forecasting, budgeting, EPCM, and commissioning.
* Ability to manage projects from FEED through to execution.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Strong MS and Primavera P6
