Are you a Senior Construction Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Fawkes & Reece are currently working on behalf of a very well known main contractor based in Central London. This client's reputation alone will peek your interest. They are a well established main contractor who do high-end commercial, retail, heritage and residential schemes on a large scale.
This client is actively seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join their team to work on high-end, refurbishment projects in the residential and leisure sector on projects circa £100million.
Responsibilities of the role:
Overseeing the fit out and refurbishment process from start to finish.
Managing a team of Site managers and sub-contractors, whilst reporting into the Project Manager.
Weekly progress meetings
Managing daily activities in respect of Health & Safety and Quality and Programme. Requirements for the role:
Experience of being a strong number two on site who has worked on high-end, refurbishment projects of a similar value.
