£35M commercial cut & carve
Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.
Role:
Senior Construction Manager
Salary:
Up to £100,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)
Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Construction Manager:
Lead the day-to-day delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, to quality standards and within budget.
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, providing clear direction and maintaining strong project relationships.
Oversee programme planning, sequencing and progress, identifying risks, delays and constraints and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Take ownership of construction planning, logistics, methodology, RAMS, temporary works and coordination of multiple work packages.
Drive health & safety, quality and compliance across the project, ensuring company procedures, statutory requirements and client expectations are consistently met.
Lead client and stakeholder liaison, providing regular progress updates, resolving issues and maintaining strong commercial and professional relationships throughout the project
