Description:

Role: Senior Conformance Engineer
Location: Cambridge (hybrid. 3 days on-site, 2 days from home)
Salary: £60-70K with attractive benefits package including annual company performance bonus (on average 5-6%), private healthcare, 6% pension, dental plan, life assurance, early closing on Fridays and the opportunity to work for a highly respected Cambridge business.

Senior Conformance Engineer:

* Proven product approvals and conformance certification experience

* Experience obtaining external certification, either directly or through external test house for FCC, IC and EU

* RED (previously R&TTE) Radio Equipment Directive knowledge, EMCD and LVD

* Keep up to date with type approval specifications for RF, EMC, SAR, Safety and Environmental

* CE Marking Directive

* WEEE, RoHS and REACH Directives and certificates

* RF test measurement, use of network analysers, oscilloscopes etc
