Description:
We are recruiting an outstanding opportunity fro a Senior Compliance Officer for one of our valued clients.
-Oversee monitoring and reporting of property compliance information.
-Lead a small team to ensure effective logging of compliance and asset information.
-Undertake effective data analysis of compliance information, including modelling, reconciliation's and transformations.
-Liaison with contractors to ensure that excellent standards of work are achieved to ensure compliance across the Big 6 areas.
-Ensure that consultants undertaking risk assessments are booked on time and the information is effectively used.
Candidates should have some compliance experience and knowledge of compliance related legislation, experience of line managing staff, excellent IT and data analysis skills, outstanding communications skills.
