Lead the planning, production and distribution of the annual OM Newsletter, coordinating contributors and production schedules

Community engagement

Build engagement and participation across all generations of the Malvernian community

Monitor and respond to enquiries across digital channels in a timely, professional manner

Manage the shared Society email account, responding to enquiries and directing requests as appropriate

Support initiatives that connect alumni, pupils, parents, staff and the wider Malvern College Family of Schools, including mentoring and careers-related opportunities

Identify and develop opportunities from community interactions that support the College’s strategic objectives

Fundraising communications

Create and deliver campaign communications in collaboration with the Director of Advancement and the Development team

Represent the Malvernian Society at College and alumni events in the UK and, where required, internationally

Capture content and promote engagement before, during and after events

Team contribution

Support the Advancement Director in communicating and implementing the team’s strategy and priorities

Contribute to cross-team projects, including the analysis and communication of data and outcomes

Assist with planning, meeting coordination, agenda preparation and communicating actions and decisions

Safeguarding responsibilities

Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people you come into contact with

Report any safeguarding concerns, including low level concerns, to the Designated Safeguarding Lead or their Deputy in a timely manner
