Lead the commercial delivery of one of London's most complex station upgrade projects.
We're recruiting an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering a major station capacity upgrade in Central London.
The project involves the construction of new underground passenger tunnels, complex structural works and the delivery of critical infrastructure within a live operational transport environment. Working in a highly constrained urban setting, you'll be part of a team delivering improvements that will increase passenger capacity, improve accessibility and enhance one of London's key transport interchanges.

The Role
Reporting to the Project Commercial Director, you'll lead the commercial function throughout the project lifecycle, taking responsibility for cost management, contract administration, commercial strategy and risk management.
You'll work closely with project delivery, design and operational teams, while managing client relationships and leading a team of commercial professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the commercial management of a major infrastructure project from procurement through to final account.
Manage NEC main contracts and subcontract agreements.
Oversee commercial reporting, forecasting, valuations and cash flow.
Lead change management, compensation events and contractual compliance.
Manage commercial risk and opportunity across the project.
Lead subcontract negotiations and final account settlements.
Provide strategic commercial advice to senior project leadership.
Support procurement activities and commercial governance.
Develop, mentor and lead the commercial team.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
About You
You'll bring:
Significant commercial leadership experience on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
Strong NEC3 or NEC4 contract knowledge.
Experience working for a main contractor or Joint Venture.
Proven ability managing high-value projects and commercial teams.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.Applications are welcomed from experienced Senior Commercial Managers, as well as high-performing Commercial Managers ready to step into a senior leadership position.
