Job Title: Senior Commercial Lead
Contract Type: Initial 6 month contract (Opportunity for permanent position after initial duration)
Pay Rate: £360 - £430 per day (Umbrella)
Equivalent Annual Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lead to join our team as soon as possible. This position offers a potential temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The role focuses on managing procurement, contracts, and finances within the Core Services Business Unit, specifically for planned, low-value additional works contracts for Hard Services (MOD Built Estate FM Services).
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with teams across the South East region, including London, Home Counties, and Hampshire, with a primary focus on Northolt and Sandhurst.
* Oversee procurement management, contract management, and financial management.
* Understand and manage service contracts and their operations.
Requirements:
* Experience: Strong background in Quantity Surveying (QS).
* Accreditation: RICS Accredited (desirable).
* Skills: Knowledge and experience in procurement management, contract management, and financial management.
* Clearance: BPSS clearance is required.
Additional Details:
* Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00.
* Interviews: Conducted via Teams.
