Hours : 9am - 6pm / Mon - Friday
Our clients based in Waterloo are looking for a Senior Commercial Associate to be a key figurehead in their commercial team and help push that side of the business. The role is fast paced and varied, as your time will be split between the office, appointments, and business development.
Tasks
New business generation
Lead on establishing a thriving commercial team; springboarding off the existing relationships and infrastructure.
Liaise with clients on listing assets for disposal and leasing.
Manage a database of consumers and businesses.
Arranging and conducting property inspections.
Negotiating and handling offers.
Liaising with tenants and buyers on progression.
Updating clients on market conditions.
Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
