Job Description

Leading commercial analysis and reporting across responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance contracts.

Managing Schedule of Rates (SOR) valuations, identifying margin improvement opportunities and reducing commercial risk across multiple projects.

Reviewing and approving subcontractor applications, cost reporting and financial controls to ensure accurate commercial performance.

Supporting senior operational and commercial teams with forecasting, budgeting and strategic contract performance reviews.

Driving process improvements, commercial compliance and reporting accuracy across housing maintenance and property services contracts.

Skills / Qualifications

Proven Senior Commercial Analyst or Commercial Analyst experience within housing repairs, maintenance or construction sectors.

Strong commercial awareness with advanced knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) and contract cost management.

Advanced Excel, reporting and analytical capability with experience presenting commercial data to senior stakeholders.

Experienced managing commercial processes, financial controls and subcontractor cost reporting across London-based contracts.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence operational teams and support business performance improvements.
