Senior Client Service Advisor – Insurance
Our client is a successful and growing insurance business with a fantastic reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. They pride themselves on their friendly, supportive and sociable working environment, where colleagues work together towards shared goals and quarterly team targets.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic Senior Client Service Advisor to join their team. This is a superb opportunity for someone with experience in either commercial or personal lines insurance who is keen to develop their skills and progress their career within a commercial insurance team.
The successful candidate will handle telephone calls, provide advice and support on insurance policies, resolve customer queries and maintain accurate records, all while delivering an outstanding level of service.
They are looking for someone with a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You'll need to be proactive, eager to learn and motivated to progress, with the potential opportunity to develop into a field sales role in the future.
