Then look no further as my well-established client is looking out for an ambitious and collaborative Senior Civil Engineer, with minimum relevant UK industry experience of minimum 3+ years'.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of advanced drainage designs for large-scale and complex projects.
Ensure all designs adhere to the latest regulations and industry standards
Liaise with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Successful candidate specifications:

Minimum relevant UK experience of 4+ years’ in drainage, and/or highways and infrastructure design;
In-depth understanding of industry processes, including planning applications, procurement, and technical approvals.
Proficiency in industry software like Microdrainage, Causeway Flow, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, graphical).
Exceptional report-writing skills.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
High proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word).
Commercial awareness.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
