Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer - Leeds

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer at Senior, Principal or Associate level to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Leeds.
This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging projects across the UK and internationally, from major developments and infrastructure schemes through to large-scale city planning.
You'll combine technical leadership, project delivery and team management while helping shape innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
Provide technical leadership across highways, utilities and/or SuDS.
Manage project resources, programmes and financial performance.
Lead, mentor and develop engineers within the team.
Review designs, reports, specifications and technical deliverables.
Work directly with clients and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Support bids, proposals and business development.
Champion innovation, sustainability and lower-carbon infrastructure design.
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery.
Expertise in highways, utilities or sustainable drainage.
Proven multidisciplinary project and team leadership experience.
Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage.
Commercial awareness and a track record of successful project delivery.
Membership of a relevant professional institution; ICE/CEng advantageous.
A willingness to travel when required.
