The Role
As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will:
Support children and young people with their daily lives, education, and wellbeing
Build positive, trusting relationships
Provide guidance and support to the wider staff team
Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and record keeping
Work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain a safe and nurturing home
