We're recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to join a stunning luxury country hotel near Bridport. Set within 100 acres of beautiful countryside overlooking the Jurassic Coast, this unique retreat combines exceptional hospitality with a true farm-to-fork philosophy. Much of the produce is grown on-site, with seasonal vegetables, herbs, fruit and livestock all playing a key part in creating fresh, flavour-led menus. Key Responsibilities
As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll:
Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high standards
Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes using premium ingredients
Support and mentor junior chefs within the brigade
Work closely with the senior team on menu preparation and daily service
Maintain exceptional food hygiene and presentation standards
Contribute ideas and creativity to seasonal menu development
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up, or existing Senior Chef de Partie experience
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and quality ingredients
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
Strong organisation and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen
Pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes
