Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
* Lead, mentor, and support junior care staff during shifts
* Carry out shift handovers and assist with training new starters
* Create, review, and update person-centred care plans
* Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
* Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
* Communicate effectively with families, GPs, nurses, and healthcare professionals
What we're looking for:
