An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join a small sized dementia residential home based in Canterbury.
The home are recruiting for senior care assistants to join their experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts.

£12.50+ per hour
Day shifts
7:30am - 7:30pm
Full or Part time contracted
Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:
* A kind and caring person
* Previous experience in administering medication
* Previous experience as a senior care assistant in a care home
* NVQ3 or higher in Health & Social Care
* Medication Trained
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting
* Manage a team of care assistants
* Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
* Assist with medication, care plans, risk assessments
