The home are recruiting for senior care assistants to join their experienced and qualified care team on permanent contracts.

Requirements of the Senior Care Assistant Role:
• A kind and caring person
• Previous experience in administering medication that is required
• NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a senior care assistant in a dementia home
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting
* Manage a team of care assistants
* Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
