Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop key supplier relationships (UK & international)
Lead negotiations around cost, quality and delivery
Ensure continuity of supply across critical materials
Support NPI / technical projects from a sourcing perspective
Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Work cross-functionally with operations, production and technical teams
Profile
Ideal Candidate
Currently operating at Buyer / Senior Buyer level within a manufacturing environment
Comfortable managing suppliers end-to-end, not just placing orders
Strong on negotiation, cost control and supplier performance
Experience within a technical, materials-led industry
Someone who wants more ownership and visibility, not a purely transactional role
