We are proudly representing our public sector client based in Newcastle for their search for a Business Support Officer. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a temporary assignment to start as soon as possible.
The Job you will be Doing
* Call handling
* Undertaking data quality
* General administrative tasks
* Processing and uploading data and information
* Minute taking for meetings
* Working to strict timescales
About You
* Previous high level admin experience
* Previous customer service experience
* Have clear knowledge and ability to handle highly confidential information
* Effective verbal and written communication
* Experience of developing and maintaining positive working relationships
* Excellent organisation and time management skills whilst working to challenging deadlines
* Work both as part of a team and independently
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications and IT systems
