Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Assistant based in Gateshead. This is a temporary contract working full time hours
The job:
Assist the sector with administrative and clerical support tasks
Deal with enquiries via members of the public as well as internal and external staff via email, phone and in person
Assist with meetings, booking meetings, minute taking, collating and sending reports and agenda
General tasks including printing, photocopying, database management and electronic filing
The candidate:
Experience of administrative support in a previous role (public/education sector preferred)
Minute taking experience required
Ability to organise and prioritise workload
