My government client requires an SC Cleared Senior Business Relationship Manager to work on a 9 month contract in Central London.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Become the subject matter expert in a new vulnerability data sharing service
Be able to explain the business and technical benefits of this service in detail
Recruit UK public sector partners to adopt the new service
Facilitate the business and technical onboarding of new partners to the service, working with the Senior Business Analyst to help partners adapt their business processes and share data automatically according to the service specification
Support partners as they trial the new service, adapting the service as necessary and gathering metrics on service adoption and effectiveness
Act as the single point of contact to help partners achieve maximum success with the service
Transfer established partner organisations over to the Domains Operations team
Propose ways to improve the service
Lead investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes
Lead the collection of information and creation of recommendations for improvements
Absorb large amounts of conflicting information and use it to produce solutions
Identify process optimisation opportunities with guidance, and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions
Use your data analytics skills to enhance business performance
Show a thorough understanding of the technical concepts required for the role, and can explain how these fit into the wider technical landscape
Influence stakeholders and manage relationships effectively
Build long-term strategic relationships
Facilitate and deliver business outcomes
