Senior Business Process Management Lead

Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid working 

Salary: Up to £70,000, plus excellent benefits package

Scania have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our growing IT division as the Senior Business Process Management Lead. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders throughout the business to understand our processes.  You will be proficient in managing third parties to ensure process blueprints are accurately recorded and you will have experience using the Aris platform. 
Reporting into our Head of Digitalisation, you will be a key figure in our organisation, responsible for developing the ‘Business Process Management’ Centre of Excellence and leading a team of process modellers and improvement analysts. 

Key Responsibilities

Process Management Leadership - lead, mentor, and manage the Process Mapping team and resources.
Rapport & Business Understanding – build relationships with stakeholders throughout the business, to understanding their objectives and processes.
Process Optimisation - identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation through the analysis of existing workflows.
ARIS Platform Expertise - demonstrate an expert level of competence in using the ARIS platform for process modelling, analysis, and simulation.
Collaboration with Third-Party Partners - work closely with external partners to manage and coordinate process-related projects, ensuring that third-party solutions align with the organisation's objectives.
Quality Assurance - implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of process documentation and mapping. MEET THE MANAGER!
