Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Business Manager to lead vital initiatives in communication and employee engagement. Start July 2026, pay £423-£433 per day via umbrella, duration until July 2027, hours Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role and you are required to work in the office three days a week, location Belfast.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Communication the implementation of internal communication and employee engagement strategies for the Markets Operations organisation.
Develop Marketing S targeted marketing campaigns focusing on people development priorities within Markets Operations.
Prepare Stakeholder insightful reports, presentations, and materials for senior management meetings and governance forums.
Analyse Strategic O the assessment of progress against strategic goals, effectively communicating risks and tracking mitigation efforts.
Enhance Employee E to the Human Capital Risk Management strategy by analysing employee data and supporting initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. What We're Looking For:

Communication experience in internal communications strategy within a global environment.
Marketing to drive engagement with targeted internal and external marketing campaigns.
Influential Com articulation of ideas with a talent for building trust and collaboration at all levels.
Problem- self-reliant, proactive individual with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
Analytical at evaluating complex information from diverse sources.
