Senior Business Development Manager
Twice a month in office – Circa £70k + Commission & Excellent Benefits

This innovative fintech organisation are looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth. You will lead new business development activities, identify and secure strategic commercial opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with clients and partners.
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Manager:

Develop and execute a new business growth strategy to deliver sustainable revenue and commercial growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners and senior stakeholders
Negotiate and secure commercial agreements, working closely with internal commercial and contracts teams
Work collaboratively with technical, product and commercial teams to develop tailored client solutions
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, providing regular forecasting and revenue reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks
Support marketing initiatives through targeted campaigns and demand generation activities 
Experience & Requirements for the Senior Business Development Manager:

Proven track record of identifying, developing, negotiating and securing new commercial opportunities
Significant experience within technology, software services and/fintech environments
Demonstrable success delivering revenue growth through strategic partnerships and new business acquisition
Experience working within agile, fast-paced commercial environments
Experience operating within a consultative or solution-selling environment
Experience collaborating with technical, product and operational teams to develop commercial propositions
Ability to use market intelligence, customer insight and data to influence sales strategy
