Job role: Your role will be to win new business and build long term partnerships with growth companies in your sector. You will be exclusively working with clients, not candidates, we have a strong Talent Acquisition team that will support you to source the candidates for your clients. Your role will be a mixture of phone, virtual meetings, face to face meetings and networking.
Essentials for this role
* Minimum 3-5 years previous in a client facing recruitment role
* Proven track record of growing B2B sales
* Must be an ambitious self-starter with drive and resilience
* Exceptional people skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
