Join Our Team as a Senior Business Development Manager!

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our passionate team. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with large employers, particularly those who are apprenticeship levy payers.

Your Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

Identify and pursue procurement opportunities through online portals and trade publications.

Lead the development of bids, tenders, and presentations to secure new business.

Cultivate partnerships and explore subcontracting opportunities.

Target and engage with large levy-paying employers to develop long-term relationships.

Apprenticeships and Training Programs:

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop bespoke training solutions.

Promote our apprenticeship matching service and ESOL for Work programs.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create branded marketing resources.

Work closely with Quality and Operations to ensure curriculum adaptations meet client needs

Account Management:

Proactively manage client accounts to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Provide regular performance reports and conduct account management meetings.

Collaborate with Operations Managers to review account performance and address any issues.

Develop case studies and drive nominations for employer and learner recognition.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the skills and apprenticeship sector.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and effective account management.

Knowledge of ESFA funding rules and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to travel and hold a valid driving license.
