Description
Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement
New Product Development (NPD)
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
Engineering & Operational Stakeholder Management
Transformation & Change Programmes
Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Support project delivery by providing insights and recommendations.
Create detailed reports, workflows, and process maps.
Work closely with the technology team to implement system enhancements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practice
Profile
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
Proven experience in a business analyst role working in Product Development
New Product Development (NPD)
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
Stakeholder Management across technical and business teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
Experience collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating process maps and workflows.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
