Role Summary
 
The Role is for a Senior Business Analyst/Delivery Lead, responsible for contributing to and managing Emerging Technology rograms and Projects. 

Responsibilities will include working with the Business to understand needs, requirements and use cases for Emerging Technology.

Develop Insight into new Emerging Technologies that impact the CRE Market and looking broader at other markets.
Managing relationships with Partners, Internal and External
Engaging with Start Ups to complete Evaluations and Solution Analysis
Managing poof of concepts, pilots, and projects through the lifecycleThe Analyst will also ensure all projects follow the defined governance processes and change management methodologies with a strong focus on Project Reporting and Analytics.
 
Candidate Background
The Senior Business Analyst/Delivery Lead will have significant Technology Solution Design and Delivery experience, and a background of managing delivery of multiple Emerging Technology Programs and Projects within a Portfolio.
 
The candidate will need to provide evidence of delivering large scale complex change projects in a professional services environment, ideally with a Commercial Real Estate Asset Services background and experience of Emerging Technology Solution Design, and Implementation.

Effective management and direction of diverse and often distributed teams across all regions in support of business and technology projects
Managing relationships with Partners, Internal and External
Engaging with Start Ups to complete Evaluations and Solution Analysis
Managing poof of concepts, pilots, and projects through the lifecycle
Communication of Emerging Technology Strategy, plus development of presentations and newsletters outlining business impact
Lead projects for the integration of Emerging TechnologiesThe Analyst will also ensure all projects follow the defined governance processes and change management methodologies with a strong focus on Project Reporting and Analytics.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of Emerging Technology Portfolio to agreed timescales and within budget.
Ensure that appropriate governance, processes, and reporting standards are applied to each project.
Contribute to analysis, architecture, planning, scheduling, and resourcing for the Emerging Technology Portfolio
Contribute to Emerging Technology Portfolio Project Status in a timely manner in accordance with governance requirements.
Contribute to Emerging Technology Financials including Budget, Forecast and Actual
Partner with Change and Training Team Leads to co-ordinate change management plans, including training and communications for the Emerging Technology projects, that are consistent with the size and profile of the project.
Ensure that operational risks and issues are considered and reported during the design, development, and implementation of projects within the Portfolio.
Maintain regular progress meetings and continuity with the relevant business owner and Steering Committees
Contribute to production of budgets, define resource requirements, and help manage dependencies or escalations.
Responsibilities may vary within the range of tasks and activities described, with specific objectives being set, documented, and reviewed by the Head of Portfolio and Change Management
Ensure that the projects within the Portfolio are transitioned to Business as Usual and Operational Support following a formal gate review process.
Manage relationships with variety of stakeholders to influence and negotiate on schedule and deliverables where applicable.Qualifications:

Degree in business, property management or technology.
Seasoned experience in technology and/ or property management.
Experience working with commercial industry applications, and delivery of large programs.
Blend of experience across business operations and technology, including support of enterprise change management.Skills & Personal Qualities:
