Our client is a leading player in the energy sector, dedicated to innovative solutions for sustainable power generation.
OVERVIEW:
You will be joining a dynamic team focused on optimising business processes and implementing strategic projects across various departments within the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Gathering requirements from multiple business teams, analysing results and their user stories and feature stories and develop use cases. Translating business requirements into business cases for executive leaders to understand. Requirements gathered and subsequent scoping, help prioritise what to deliver. Conduct interviews, set up and lead workshops and report/present findings and results to multiple stakeholders.
DELIVERABLES:
- Detailed requirement specifications and user stories.
- Business process models and reports.
- Regular status updates and final project report ensuring all project criteria are satisfactorily met.
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS:
- Strong experience in the energy sector or with renewable energy projects.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience in generating user stories and leveraging business intelligence.
- Proven capability in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment focused on energy sector projects.
DESIRABLE TECHNICAL/BUSINESS SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software and business process modelling tools
