Responsibilities:
Lead the business analysis efforts within the Life and Pensions platform programme.
Work independently as the sole Business Analyst, demonstrating self-sufficiency and resilience.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical team members.
Drive projects forward by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Life and Pensions platforms.
Highly self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
