Role Purpose: Join us as a Senior Business Analyst and lead the charge in driving our transformation program forward. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping target operating models, improving business processes, and ensuring stakeholder engagement across the organisation. Key Competencies:

What you will be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a best practice business analysis approach, fostering collaboration and ensuring a common way of working.
Take ownership of process management standards, including taxonomies and design, ensuring alignment with Transformation Design Authority approvals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Document changes to the business design and ensure stakeholder buy-in through active engagement and participation.
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate engaging meetings and workshops to gather insights, drive collaboration, and inform decision-making.
Act as a thought leader for technical business processes, driving innovation and promoting best practices.
Author and update business analyst documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Conduct thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development to ensure successful implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure maximum usability and adoption of systems.
About you:
Person Specification – Skills, Experience & Attributes:
Proven experience in senior business analysis roles, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and target operating model design.
Proficiency in ARIS and other business modelling tools, with a track record of successful implementation.
Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Ability to thrive under pressure and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and process documentation.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving positive change and business improvement.
Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
