Description:
We are working with a local authority in Berkshire that are looking for a chartered building surveyor to lead a team of surveyors in delivering a high class repairs and maintenance service.
The successful candidate will maintain housing assets to a high standard, managing day to day operations of their primary responsive repairs contracts.
You will also mentor and support those looking to gain chartered status themselves.
This role will be a mixture of office and remote work, with some site based work as required.
