This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Senior Building Surveyor with a dynamic blend of hands-on expertise and client engagement skills, ideally suited for someone eager to work in sectors such as education, commercial, public buildings, and investment.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualified.

• A relevant degree within Building Surveying or Property related (RICS accredited).

• A deep passion for building surveying, with a track record of success in similar roles.

• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.

• Strong leadership qualities and experience in team management.

• The ability to balance hands-on surveying with strategic business responsibilities
