The Role
You'll be involved in a broad range of professional and project-led Building Surveying instructions across sectors including:
Education
Healthcare
Commercial
Residential
Public Sector
Industrial
Insurance
Key responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion
✔ Building and maintaining strong client relationships
✔ Coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams
✔ Mentoring and developing junior surveyors
✔ Undertaking technical reviews and ensuring quality delivery
✔ Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
About You
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Consultancy background within Building Surveying
Strong project delivery experience
Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills
Capable of managing multiple projects independently
Passionate about developing junior team members
Ambitious, proactive and keen to contribute to team growth
